Our headlight lens restoration process begins with wet-sanding the headlight casings with, increasingly finer grit sand paper. This first step removes the yellow haze and cloudiness that forms on your headlights so that your headlight casings are clear again. Then, we polish the casings using a plastic polish and a high speed orbital buffer. This step removes the sanding marks, and leaves the headlights crystal clear again. At this point, the headlight casings look and perform like new. The final step, in our headlight casing restoration process, is to apply a ceramic coating that will protect the newly refinished lens and keep them looking that way for years to come.
